Just to continue the list of Mattyk:
- like the post button (non fb)
-messages between users
-notification icon - when someone likes your post or send you msg
-follow option for desired post - if you follow - notification on the mail or on the notify icon
for now this is ok;)

By: Shawn Purdy....Hi Shawn. In answer to your question - I am using Chrome, and in my browser the forum renders with a tremendous amount of white space (frankly, there's a lot more white space everywhere but I assume this is space reserved for ads at some point). So even with a couple of posts in the forums, the links disappear above the screen. So be it. But picture a thread with 25-30 replies. You will be forcing everyone to read to the bottom, then scroll to the top in order to navigate. I'd suggest navigation be added to the bottom as well.By: MattyK-USA

Matty what do you mean by better navigation?
There is a breadcrumb at the top that takes you to the forum section / or back to the main forum list. I don't see how this differs from other forums. Can you explain?
For messaging I have another plan entirerly that's much more useful than private messages, but I will be talking to Shaun about it soon once I have it planned out more.

Another point - you can only log in (as far as I can see) on the home page. That will be a bit of a pain when people are linked into secondary site pages from external locations. Also, the page cookie doesn't seem to be working, because I am always forced to log in whenever I visit in a new window.

By: MattyK-USAYou would need to reset your password if you want to login normally. Cause The password we create for facebook login is auto generated. Since this information isn't provided by facebook for good reason.
Thanks, mate. Maybe it has something to do with logging in via FB. I cannot log in "normally" even though I've registered - I get an "incorrect login" error even though I have checked and re-checked my profile, once logged in through FB....

By: Shawn Purdy....But you see, that's the problem! If YOU don't know the password, how would I?
You would need to reset your password if you want to login normally. Cause The password we create for facebook login is auto generated. Since this information isn't provided by facebook for good reason. Also passwords are 1 way encrypted so we can't even provide the password upon register with facebook. So That's why you have to reset it.

The link in the SimPit logo has a hash tag that is preventing it from working.
Edit: I take it back - the logo actually acts as a "go to top" navigation shortcut in whatever window frame you're in. Is that by design?
